IMPORTANT!
We can offer private hire events subject to availability, these are organised by messaging us for details. We can be contacted via our Facebook page or by emailing us.
PAYMENT
Total price per player is £30, a £15 deposit per player is required in advance via PayPal once your date has been confirmed. You will be required to pay the remaining amount (minus deposits already paid) on arrival at site in cash.
We do not have card payment facilities on site, please bring cash with you or be prepared to submit the final amount via PayPal.
CANCELLATIONS
Please note any deposits placed are available for refund up to 7 days before the agreed event date.
CLOTHING & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Please make sure you have the following items when attending the MAC:
- Appropriate footwear, such as hiking boots or similar.
- Gloves for protecting hands.
- Outdoor clothing appropriate for the current weather.
- Food and water for the day.
- Remaining cash payment amount.
- Any medication applicable, which should be kept on your person at all times and notified to the staff on arrival.
Depending on the event, some parties may be assigned player team leaders for safety reasons. If this is not favourable, and having the site to yourselves is required, please discuss with us before the event.
EVENT LOCATION & TIMINGS
Our site is based up in Jurby, along the Jurby Coast Road just past the Jurby airfield. Directions are available through Google Maps.
Please arrange to be on site at the agreed timings as discussed with your MAC contact.
