Purchases & Event Booking Terms and Conditions: All payments are eligible for refund up to 48 hours before the event (excluding hire deposits) of order being placed. If you require a refund please contact us at manxairsoft@gmail.com for assistance. Please also note we are not subject or responsible for any additional charges applied by PayPal. By accepting these terms you are confirming: (1) You, and your party, are eligible in health, age and permission to attend our events. (2) You will abide by all safety requirements and instructions at all times. (3) You understand the basic gameplay requirements for the event. (4) You understand the physical element requirements of playing airsoft. (5) You authorise the Manx Airsoft Club to take and use photography for advertisement and social media usage. (6) You understand our refunds policy and your rights as a customer.

PAYMENT

Total price per player is £25, you will be required to pay the remaining amount (minus deposits already paid) on arrival at site in cash.

We do not have card payment facilities on site!

CANCELLATIONS

Please note any deposits placed are available for refund up to 7 days before the agreed event date.

CLOTHING & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Please make sure you have the following items when attending the MAC:

• Appropriate footwear, such as hiking boots or similar.
• Gloves for protecting hands.
• Outdoor clothing appropriate for the current weather.
• Food and water for the day.
• Remaining cash payment amount.
• Any medication applicable, which should be kept on your person at all times and notified to the staff on arrival.

EVENT LOCATION & TIMINGS

Our site is based up in Jurby, along the Jurby Coast Road just past the Jurby airfield. Directions are available through Google Maps.

Please arrange to be on site at the agreed timings as discussed with your MAC contact.
