We are deeply saddened at the loss of our friend and former member Chris Garrett, who was killed during a UXO incident on Tuesday 6th May on the outskirts of Izyum, Ukraine. Those of us lucky enough to have known Chris will always remember his humour, drive and the stoic values he lived by until the very end. His selfless acts have saved countless lives for which we and the world are eternally thankful.
We will be holding a special gameday on the 15th June 2025, in celebration of his life and work, and to honour the sacrifice he made so others could live in safely. For this event we will be temporarily increasing our fees for and will be charging £20.00 per player instead of the standard £10.00 walk on fee. All proceeds made from the event in their entirety, plus any additional donations on the day, will be sent to Prevail Together to benefit Chris’ family.
