Important!
We will not be delaying the game start time on either day for any reason, if you arrive late you will be required to wait until fully briefed before entering the game zone and may be allocated randomly to a team for balancing purposes! Pays to be on time.

KIT HIRE

Additional charge of £5.00 for equipment hire.

CONSUMABLES
Site shop will open each day between gameplay (see above timings). Pyrotechnics use will be assessed on the day and notified in the brief(s).

CAMPING/COOKING FACILITIES
Camping is available on site for the evening of Saturday 6th July 2024. Players are required to bring their own camping equipment, the club tent will not be available for use for the event.
Cooking facilities are not provided on site, players are required to bring their own food and water for the duration of the event.

NARRATIVE

06-07 July 2024
Outskirts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
It’s been 2 years since the DEA backed Special Investigations Unit (SIU) of the Mexican Military was ejected from the Los Jalisco area, tensions in the region are high and competing cartels fight for power over what remains of the drugs trade. CJNG vying for power over the depleted Los Jalisco cartel in what was once a breathtaking region of Mexico is leading to boiling point and could lead to a casualty count to rival previous conflicts.
Rumors are spreading of the return of one called ‘El Hefe’ to the area, although unconfirmed reports indicate he may already be operating in the AO.

LOS JALISOC CARTEL

Local cartel founded under the reign of Pablo himself, struggling to regain control of their namesake region from power hungry rival cartels.

CAMO REQUIREMENTS
Rag-tag militia with red clothing, including a mixture of civilian attire.

JALISCO NEW GENERATION CARTEL (CJNG)

Considered by the Mexican government to be one of the most dangerous criminal organizations in Mexico, CJNG is heavily militarized and more violent than other criminal organizations.

CAMO REQUIREMENTS
Militaristic themed outfits with a mixture of civilian attire and blue garments.

  • Civilian/Traditional Mexican Clothing
  • Desert DPM/Multicam/Multicam Arid
  • White or Tan
  • Blue Clothing

*CJNG players will be allocated a blue armband for medic rule purposes

RADIO CHANNELS

CIVILIAN POPULACE

Both teams, at any point in the weekend, will have the capability to operate as civilian populace. By doing so they need to fit the below requirements.

  • Must not have a Primary or Secondary weapon on their person.
  • Must not have grenades, pyrotechnics or launchers on their person.
  • Must not have imitation knives, axes or other melee weapons on their person.
  • Concealed weapons count as on your person.
  • Can use handheld radios (no PTT, headsets or earpieces).
  • If stopped by an opposing team for a search, you must disclose any gameplay items or intel documentation if asked. There is no requirement for a physical search.

Important!

  • If seen operating a radio by the opposing team, you are considered hostile and can be engaged as a threat.
  • If you move towards or attempt to obtain a weapon, your or others, in view of the opposing team you are considered hostile and can be engaged as a threat.

SCENARIO SPECIFIC RULES

Each player is required to bring a stash bag/daysack containing the following items;

  • Minimum 1 liter or water
  • Spare ammo and speed loader
  • Batteries or gas (where applicable)

These items will be stored at a fixed point throughout the weekend for each team however you may be required to carry it in game for brief periods, so no Tesco bags, cooler boxes etc.

VEHICLES

Vehicles will be used through the event for gameplay and marshaling purposes. Vehicle specific rules will be detailed as part of the event game brief however will follow the scenario specific rules as follows;

  • Vehicle can be disabled by placing a magnetic mine on the bonnet, vehicle out of play for 30 minutes.
  • Players in open top vehicles can be engaged and in play when mounted.

Vehicle drivers cannot be engaged unless fully exited from the vehicle, with both feet on the floor.
